High Ropes Activity Details

• Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
• Participants must be a minimum of 13 years of age (10 - 12 years permitted with an accompanying paying adult or person 18 years and over), 140cm tall and weigh no more than 120kg.
• At least one parent/guardian must remain onsite at all times while the child(ren) are participating on the High Ropes course.
• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled start time to complete our High Ropes Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer and attend the compulsory safety briefing. Participants arriving after the briefing has started may not be allowed to climb.
• The duration of a full session, including briefing, is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Any physical activity carries an inherent risk of bumps, bruises, scrapes and minor injury. By participating or allowing the children in your care to participate you acknowledge and accept this risk. People with health concerns and existing injuries are advised not to climb.
Closed-toe footwear such as trainers must be worn for climbing. Climbing shoes, shoes with heels, flip-flops or open toe shoes are not permitted.
We advise that long hair is tied back & glasses must be secure.
The consumption of alcohol before climbing is strictly prohibited.
All jewellery must be removed and pockets emptied before climbing.
Appropriate loose fitting, flexible, comfortable clothing should be worn.
Customers are not allowed to bring their own food and drink. Food and drink are available to purchase.
Personal possessions are left at your own risk. Out of Bounds is not responsible for customer's property.
We are unable to offer a refund or change the date and/or time on any booking unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice.
