Allan brings over 18 years of experience working closely with key decision-makers and stakeholders in public industry sectors. This has mainly centred on process/services mapping and improvement, complex problem-solving, business change, and helping organisations achieve their strategic ambition. Helping teams navigate the disruption of true digital transformation is a well-documented challenge but one that Allan’s consultancy approach suits.
Allan is looking forward to continuing and building upon the great work Channel 3 does in supporting the improvement of NHS services and patient lives.
Outside of work Allan and his large family (5 kids!) are based in Sussex, so are lucky enough to be able to enjoy cycling on the South Downs and exploring the Ashdown Forest.
