EWX-10 – Premium Flat Head Wax

The best choice for general purpose labelling

This grade is a premium wax ribbon, designed to give outstanding print performance on plain and coated papers. This wax is recommended for applications where price is the main factor.

It offers a black, crisp and bold print making it an ideal product for standard printing applications that require a low level of durability to the printed image. The low level of printhead energy required to transfer the ink makes this wax a drop-in replacement product for other waxes available in the market and will offer a good performance on all types of flat head technology printers.

This wax also has the additional advantage of being ISEGA approved for use when the printed image comes into contact with non-fatty foodstuffs.

GPX10 logoGPX-10 – High Performance Flat Head Wax

For general purpose labelling with extra durability

This high performance resin enhanced wax ribbon is the ideal choice for a wide range of applications, ranging from uncoated paper to synthetic labels. The special ink formulation and unique back coating ensure an excellent antistatic ribbon, ideal for printing RFID labels and extending printhead life.

With print speeds of up to 12 inches per second, it provides dark, durable images with crisp rotated barcodes, text and graphics. It has the additional benefits of flexibility and durability, allowing slot-in replacement for other premium wax products without printer setting adjustments.

GPX10 imageThis wax also has the additional advantage of being ISEGA approved for use when the printed image comes into contact with non-fatty foodstuffs. It is available from stock in a wide range of sizes suitable for use on all flat head technology printers.

PDX25 logoPDX-25 – Premium Flat Head Wax Resin

For great print performance with very good durability

This grade is an excellent all-round premium wax resin ribbon for printing dark, crisp imagesand barcodes on a wide range of paper and synthetic labels with the durability and smudge/scratch resistance expected of such a premium product.

Developed specifically to cover the widest possible range of pre-printed labels, it gives excellent performance on various inks used in the spot and flood coating processes, eliminating any possible slippage during the printing process. Additional thermal transfer varnish on the label is not required, thus reducing total cost of ribbon and label.

PDX25 imageIt also features an excellent backcoat system which combined with the unique ink formulation dissipates static and is versatile enough to print on a wide variety of both paper and synthetic label stocks. Also meets ANSI Standard A for scratch and smudge resistance.

Great print performance with excellent scratch resistance

This grade is one of the best performing flat head technology wax resin grades on the market and offers an excellent all round high performance for printing dark, crisp images and barcodes on a wide range of paper and synthetic labels, with the durability and smudge/scratch resistance expected of such a premium product.

Developed specifically to cover the widest possible range of synthetic materials and coated papers, this grade offers the highest level of durability and performance from a flat head technology wax resin grade. This grade has been developed to print at low energy levels allowing for higher print speeds.

PDX80 imageIt has also been used very successfully as a replacement grade for the world’s leading wax resin grade, Ricoh B110A.

SRX10 LogoSRX-10 – Premium Flat Head Resin

Extra scratch resistance on synthetic labels

This super high performance resin grade is manufactured using innovative ink technology to offer an excellent solution on the widest range of receiver materials. Traditionally, applications requiring maximum durability have required the possible use of various grades of resin ribbon.

With this grade most applications, including steam resistance, can be met with one single resin product. This grade combines low print energy with fast speeds to give crisp, dark prints on receiver materials extending from coated paper through to high end synthetics making it an extremely versatile product.

SRX10 imageIt is also UL recognised/CSA approved and can be confidently specified with a wide range of proprietary label brands. This grade also offers the advantage of being Halogen free making it an ideal product for use in industries which have banned the use of Halogens.

This high performance near edge wax resin grade is the most flexible product designed to offer excellent all-round performance on near edge technology desktop, industrial and in-line coding printer systems. This grade offers maximum print performance on all types of coated or non-coated label materials along with all types of packaging films and medical paper.

It has a proven track record as a drop-in replacement for the branded products supplied by OEMs such as Toshiba TEC, Avery, Markem, Videojet & ICE. With ISEGA approval, this grade is the ideal choice for in-line coders or desktop printers used in food packaging applications. It prints at a low temperature and offers bold, black Nex-10 imageprints at print speeds of up to 20 inches per second as well as having a high resin content that allows for high levels of durability to the printed image. This grade is available in a very wide range of stock sizes for next day delivery.
